Hello👋 guys! So, hope that you all are doing fine in your lives and exactly coming to the topic, today I want to share my thoughts with you all about, Just Ignoring your emotions and just staying focused on your work when you are working.
So, as you all know that we can’t do any work with full focus when we are too happy, sad, etc..So, just imagine that, (1) When a boxer is too happy or sad what will happen in such case, the point is he will not focus on his match and the opponent will just win that match because he’ll use his moves with a focused mindset. And just take an another example that, (2) When a chess player is playing a match and his state of mind is not good, he is so sad because he has some problems in his personal life, so in that case he can also lose his match because he is not so focused.
So, here I want to say to you all, that to overcome such things in life we should forget about everything that is happening in our life when we is doing our main work and just try to stay focused on that only. Because when we are calm and focused then we can do our work at our best way. And Yaa! Here I’m not saying that we should only do our work and forget everything else but the point is that whenever there is any problem in our life then we should decide a dedicated time when we’ll sit and think about them only but not at the time when we are working.
